Dancelle was born from a lifetime of dance and a childhood spent making do with what we had.
I grew up in a small Siberian town in the Soviet Union, where I fell in love with folk and ballroom dance at an early age. Back then, competition jewelry and costumes weren't something you could simply buy — you made them yourself. And so I did. Stitch by stitch, crystal by crystal, I learned the craft out of necessity.
Decades later, after moving to the United States, I found myself returning to that same skill — this time by choice. My sister-in-law, a ballroom dress designer, pointed out something I hadn't considered: dancers can find dresses, but quality jewelry that truly belongs on a competition floor? That's harder to come by.
That insight became Dancelle.
Every bracelet I make is handcrafted at my home studio in Florida, one crystal at a time. I use exclusively Preciosa VIVA12 crystals from the Czech Republic — because under stage lights, quality is everything. The difference between a good crystal and a great one is the difference between blending in and standing out.
I know what it feels like to compete. I know what it means to want every detail to be perfect. That's the standard I hold myself to with every piece I create.
Welcome to Dancelle. Made for dancers, by a dancer.
